EXPRESSION
Art as a tool for self-expression and building confidence.
01 · About Us
As an actress, I've spent years working with people: on stage, on film sets, and through workshops and artistic projects.
Freeform lab was born from the need for a space to experiment, search for new ways of working with people, and bring different perspectives together without reducing them to a single answer.

02 · What It Is
Freeform lab is a space for experimentation and collaboration. We create workshops, labs and community projects that combine artistic methods, body-based practice and knowledge from different fields.
Art as a tool for self-expression and building confidence.
We work with the body, movement and breath as sources of knowledge.
We build relationships based on trust and awareness.
We bring together artists, educators, scientists and communities.
Free workshops in Nowy Targ
How do we react in unexpected situations? Can we spot manipulation, deal with disinformation and act together in a crisis?
The Freeform lab Foundation invites residents of Nowy Targ to join a free series of workshops. This pilot project combines theatre, improvisation and teamwork with themes drawn from today's social challenges. Over three workshops, participants will work together on scenes inspired by everyday situations.
No theatre experience needed! The workshops are a space to experiment, exchange experiences and look for solutions together. The project is aimed at adults who want to build their skills in communication, cooperation and responding to contemporary challenges.
Organizer: Freeform lab Foundation. Project funded with the financial support of the Town of Nowy Targ.
Theatre play
Text & music: Kae S-D Direction: Palina Dabravolskaja
The year is 2063. In apartment block no. 33, three women: a grandmother, a mother and a daughter, try to keep a community of survivors alive after a global ecological catastrophe. What do you do when something starts to break the order that once kept you safe? How much are we willing to sacrifice to protect the people we love?
Rehearsals take place as part of the Open Studio module at Teatr Komuna Warszawa, co-financed by the City of Warsaw. Freeform lab Foundation received funding to produce this play as part of the OFF Polska 2026 programme run by the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute, co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
Content note: the play's narrative touches on death, apocalypse and violence. Sensory note: loud music, intense lighting. Age 16+
